I just wanted to thank you for your excellent service. On Monday (Nov 26), I received the figures that I had ordered on Nov 14 th. That is amazing! It took only 8 business days for my package to find itself all the way to Canada , clear customs, and be delivered. On top of that, the figures are excellent! I really enjoyed seeing your figures in the diorama at Hendon. It was one of the highlights of my visit to the airfield. I was bragging to my son, students, and parents that I had purchased some of your figures before and was looking forward to purchasing the new ones. And I’m sure glad I did. The German medical unit and the Germans in foxholes are truly outstanding. Thanks again for all of your hard work.

Dear AB Figures,

I received my first order yesterday of World War 2 British and German
figures. These are the most wonderful figures I've seen. They're poses, are
so lifelike and natural.

But more than that. They look like so many photos that the marching British
figures walk and hold their weapons like the British did and the Germans
hold their weapons the way Germans do. It's amazing how you've captured the
essence of the nationalities!

Also, the size is perfect. At 1/76th scale, I was afraid they'd be as tiny
as Matchbox figures and seem to be for much of my collection of 1/72nd scale
armour, but these are the perfect size. They blend so well. I can't wait to
paint them up.

Thanks for creating such wonderful figures. BTW, I'm selling my plastics
(ESCI, Matchbox and Airfix) on ebay, proceeds to purchase more AB figures!

Dear Mr. Hickling,

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent service and products I have received. The parcel arrived on Friday and when I opened it, I was astounded by the quality of the British paras! Quite simply they are the finest sculpted and cast British paras I have ever seen in any scale! The detail is amazing! My favorite movie growing up was "A Bridge Too Far" I spent hours recreating the movie with Airfix figures and tanks. Your new figures have rekindled my interest in the battle and in 20mm WWII. Please keep up the outstanding work. As I am sure you are aware, the web is filled with speculation on what Mr. Anthony Barton is working on next, I don't want to know. The British paras were an excellent and most welcome surprise! Please continue the great work.

My AB Figure order arrived the other day and I wanted to write and say how pleased I am with my figures. I've long gazed at your website wondering if I should order, and now that I have, I wish I would have ordered long ago when I first discovered your figures. Simply put, I have hundreds of soft plastic figures with some resin, with the resin figures by Milicast as some of my favorites. But now that I've seen and have some AB figures of my own, the first I've ever seen in person, I'm amazed, all of them are suburb in every way, I love the way you capture the every day trooper. I plan on order many more of your British WWII figures, maybe even a few Germans as well, your DAK Tank Crew has got my eye, I hope to place an order here in about two months.

I just wanted to let you know that I just got my last AB 20mm WWII order back from the painter. In it was all the most recent new releases as well as some other odds and ends. I just wanted to let you know that the field hospital set is one of the best sets AB has made to date. It is absolutely fabulous. It says on your site there are a lot of pieces included. I didn't know they were all figures. As I unwrapped each painted figure, I couldn't believe all the original and realistic poses I saw. I just wanted to send you a hats off to a job well done.
